ERP & business management software

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) brings related business processes into a shared system. Based in Mauritius and working remotely with businesses internationally, Wyxos builds and improves business management software around your operations.

Where work gets stuck

An order can touch sales, stock, purchasing, delivery, and finance. When each team keeps its own spreadsheet, people repeat entries and make decisions using different versions of the same record.

A system for the next step

We map the journey from request to completion, identify who owns each record, and agree which processes belong together. Work can include purchasing, inventory movements, order fulfilment, approval rules, and connections to accounting software. An existing ERP can be configured or extended; a focused application can cover workflows that need a different approach.

A clear deliverable

  • A process map covering records, responsibilities, approvals, and exceptions.
  • The agreed operational modules, permissions, and shared records.
  • Checked migration of opening records and connections to the systems that remain in use.
  • End-to-end workflow checks, deployment planning, user guidance, and handover.

A consistent view of operational work, with traceable changes and fewer records to reconcile between teams.

Is this the right approach?

Start with a complete process such as purchase requests through goods received. A full ERP rollout makes sense when several processes need shared controls; one focused module may be enough when the rest of the business already has suitable software.

Plan the transition around live operations

Agree how stock quantities, outstanding orders, supplier records, and balances will be checked before switching systems. A trial import should expose missing references and inconsistent units before those records affect daily work.

The rollout plan defines when old records stop changing, who verifies the opening data, and how staff handle work during the transition. Accounting rules and reporting requirements are confirmed with the people responsible for them.

What to include in your request

  • Which process creates the most repeated entry or reconciliation?
  • Which systems hold your orders, stock, suppliers, and accounting records?
  • Who can request, approve, amend, and complete each transaction?
  • What must remain available during migration, and which historical records are needed?
