Information you provide
When you submit a general query, Wyxos receives your name, email address, optional company name, and message. When you request a quote, Wyxos also stores your verified email address or phone number, project answers, progress, generated quotes and any acceptance details. This information is used to respond, estimate the requested work, let you resume, and continue the conversation.
Contact-form contents are never sent to the analytics system.
Website analytics
Wyxos uses a self-hosted installation of Plausible Community Edition to understand which pages are useful and which project enquiries are completed. It does not set analytics cookies or use persistent identifiers.
Plausible transiently processes the visitor IP address and browser user-agent with the site domain and a daily salt to create a daily identifier. Plausible does not store the raw IP address or user-agent, and the identifier changes when the daily salt changes.
Aggregated reporting can include page paths, referrers, campaign parameters, browser and operating-system categories, device categories, and approximate location where available. Conversion events contain only controlled labels such as the CTA placement, form name, a normalized project category, and the network used to share an article.
Service providers
Analytics data is stored on infrastructure operated by Wyxos. Cloudflare provides DNS, encrypted transport, and the outbound tunnel used to reach the analytics service. These are self-hosted arrangements, so Plausible Cloud hosting claims do not apply.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. Cloudflare processes browser, device, and network signals to check whether a request is legitimate. Turnstile does not receive the name, email address, company or project details, or message entered in the form.
Project answers needed to estimate the work are sent to a third-party AI service to prepare a quote breakdown. Structured contact and billing fields are excluded from that request. Please avoid entering passwords, confidential records or unnecessary personal information in project answers. AI-generated scope and pricing remain subject to Wyxos review before work is confirmed.
Email, SMS where enabled, and infrastructure providers process data as needed to verify access, deliver requested quotes, send opted-in reminders and respond to enquiries.
Use and retention
Wyxos uses contact information to reply, assess requested work, provide services, and maintain necessary business records. Aggregated analytics is used to improve website visibility, content, navigation, and conversion paths.
Information is kept only for as long as it supports those purposes or a legal obligation. Wyxos does not sell personal information or provide it to third parties for their advertising.
Your choices
You can block analytics requests without preventing the website or contact form from working.
Quote reminders are optional and can be stopped using the link in a reminder. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue; expiry does not itself delete the enquiry or business records.
You can also ask Wyxos to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to records that must be retained for legal or operational reasons.
